hee hee, i cant get enuf of the penthouse... behind me is the lap pool located on the 63rd storey of Tower 2 of The Sail @ Marina Bay. located at the heart of the financial district. see that tall bldg behind its the Capital Tower. seriously if theres anyone who is reading my blog who invests in property ( or if ur parents does) The Sail is a SUPER GOOD DEAL! Amongse the other luxury residence in this district, the price is like super underpriced.
this is the view from the master bedroom on the penthouse. walao, can see the ndp alr lo... that colourful thingy there is the float! No $$$ for penthouse, no prob, the facilities level 8 can provide a similar facing albeit at a much lower floor la... haha. one of my aunts colleague told me that i should start selling tix for ndp. haha.
ps, construction workers/ contracters are super international. ive got like indian, thai, chinese, korean ppl working here... the thai contractor is super nice and polite:) he told me that he was transferred from italy and his first project in spore is the ritz carton! omg, can i be a contractor too??? haha
today i went out to 应酬 a client with Auyong uncle, haha. We went to 燕阁restaurant for lunch. Yay, super happy cuz this was my first time having lunch while working. For the past few days i din have time for lunch at all. but good! get to diet. wahaha. The food was super yummy! and i get to hear alot of life story about these wealthy ppl and how they 白手起家。
From this particular client, i learnt that it is perfectly ok to be single. and must be filial to ur parents. her parents are in their 80s alr yet they are so fit and healthy. her dad (80 yrs) could even rmb all the streets and directed us to the restaurant. every morn he would brisk walk 5km! and when he was young he used to be in the fertiliser industry. he had to carry 10kg heavy fertilizers and walk all the way to deliver good in china. He was a really kind and nice and humble old man. He even gave me a packet of top grade ginseng which is carries around all the time. He said that this is from his ex-boss in america who owns the ginseng farm. He revealed that they keep all the top grade ginseng for themselves and its not for sale, so yep, here u go, the perks of mingling with the wealthy. haha.
bUt theres the ugly side also la, my client was bitching abt this particular wealthy boss of F-- E---, so wealthy but so niao. yea... yada yada. busy eating my yummy food. i love working with the elderly lo, they got so much to share and they are always so Willing to share. :)))
Apart from the good food, another perk of my job is getting to know many big shots. Though not personally, at least i get to meet the CEOs and directors of companies. To my amazement, some are really quite young! and i realize the wealthy ppl dun necessarily dress well, this applies to those really really rich ones that buy down the entire level. shudders.
back to food, i wanted to take pics of the nice food de, buden paiseh and malu. must be professional and mature. haha

And can u believe this, the reception from Indonesia here is much better than that of any Sg network. faints. and well, the air here is quite bad due to the construction...

at the 2 corners are a couple agent, collegues of my aunt. They're really friendly and i enjoyed touring them around! :) The 重量级人物 is my boss. haha. woman in white and man in black are taiwanese buyers. the taiwanese guy speaks in an ang mor accent. $$$
haha, later florence was gossiping with me asking the r/s btw the 2 taiwanese buyers. 不会是小白脸吧！ 选你还是我都好过她啦！ cmon la florence, obviously they're mother and son la... RIGHT? haha.
Yesterday I brought my first "tour group" around the sail. Super fun! and i was really happy that they are happy with my tour. hee. Intitially i was instructed by aunt to go fetch them up. Security is really tight here. haha, but i kept calling Mr Teo but he didnt pick up and i coulnd't find him anywhere. The stupid security guard refused to let them out. Anyway, i finally saw them and haha, to my surpise, it was not just Mr Teo. There was MR Teo, MRS TEO, Senior MR teo( ah gong), Senior Mrs TEo( ah ma), mr teo junior( son) ms teo jr (daughter) and mdm teo( aunt). WOah! taken aback sia, but they';re really nice to talk too and totally no airs:)
although at times i have to be part time maid there, but i really enjoy working there:) totally diff ex from the bank job which i had. but having worked at dbs did come in handy cuz i know the area better. when aunt asked me to get food i went to lau pat sa! haha, abit tempted to go and visit gl they all. But it kinda reminded me of the stupid 3.15 bastard. wadeva, i shall meet my Mr. Golden Tortoise soon. lol
oh ya, i love mummy la! went to city plaza after work today and i got 3 dresses and one shorts! Yipee!!!!
met up with YUNY for lunch @ Eastpoint. I love this friend so much, shes almost like a sister or even twin i never had. Hmm, prob with all the opposite physical traits. lol. I understand that shes gg thru some tough times now but i hope that my little effort will keep the smile and cheerful nature of urs going. Yuny, must keep smiling like this 2 softtoys k! 我一看到这两个hee hee 就爱上他们了！

I TOTALLY LOVE THIS SHOP AT TM CALLED ARTBOX. OMG, IM GG TO MARRY THE BOSS LA! KAWAIIIIIIIII/....seriously ive really got a soft spot for all these cute cute stuff. reminds me of the time i went crazy at bkk at this cute cute shop... aHHhh. Thankfully in this world, theres such little treasures that never fail to make u go soft and fuzzy :))))
mei and i went to DING TAI FENG to makan our usualy xiao long bao and pork chop fried rice. yummy. that was after watching TEN PROMISES WITH MY DOG. aiyoi, its the first time i cried so hard in the cinema, usually its during tv drama. Lucky the girl beside me also cry like theres no tmr, so i not so malu and outstanding. heh. tink if yuny went she'll use up the whole amazon forest... haha
i MUST use this when all the construction is done. No free show for them man! :P
