this is for Windsor

dear diary,

its quite sad and disappointing at times when we see the whole world spinning so quickly that they have spun out and left people behind.

Often, they are the forgotten ones. Or even worse, they are being despised upon and regarded as burdens.

If one will just slow down the pace and bother to care, sometimes it just feels really nice to just listen to wad they have to say. Whether or not it is a fabrication of their imagination or something true doesn't really matter, we just need to provide a listening ear. In fact, it add dimension if it is indeed a made-up story for it shows how hard they try to seek attention or make meaning of their meaningless lives...

Even a home has its politics. First thing when we steped into the home, this man told us straight in the face that we should not be here as this home actually charges alot. haiz. how encouraging...

but then i was thinking... does it matter whether we give it to the rich or poor? they are all people. 老人家 that aren't in a 家。maybe we have just chosen them due to the convenience, maybe wad we have brought them is just temporary joy.

seeing talkative auntie talk on and on and smiling and being quite a vainpot is very delightful but on the other end there is this auntie who just looks at me in the eye and repeats " xie xie ni"... i could feel that she really meant it. and it was indeed a heartfelt thank you. 她眼角的泪说明了一切。。。if hearts could really be broken, i guess mine would have shattered in to a million pieces.

the thought of seperation... things will never be the same again...
so near yet so far...
